Pet adoption program is all set to take place at the Metrolina Trade Expo. More than hundreds of dogs and cats will be up for adoption at this event, says one of the representatives.
Apart from adoptable cats, dogs, puppies and kittens, the event is said to have much more than expected, vendors for pet products and other pet professionals will also be found here. Along with them, there will also be trainers, veterinarians and breed experts, to answer all of your questions,” says Beth Addison, chair of the Mega 500 Event Committee.
The main aim of the event to help more than 500 animals, find their “forever homes”. Seeing that this type of events have attracted bigger crowd compared to individual shelters, the team hopes that the animals would find their lovable owners.
Regardless of the episode’s determined goal line, getting even some of the pets adopted will be a feat.
“We, in all conscience ponder it a fruitful event, even if just a portion of the pets here are adopted,” Ragan said. “However, what we would love and want to take place is that the entire space here at the Metrolina Fair Expo would be emptied, due to all of the pets finding their way through the finish line into new, caring homes.”
With pets available for same-day adoption, the fee ranges from free to $225. Having said that, adoption costs and policies fluctuate between organizations!
